OpenAI is gearing up to challenge Google with the launch of SearchGPT, an AI-powered search engine. This latest initiative aims to combine artificial intelligence with real-time information, utilizing clear and relevant sources. This approach addresses a significant criticism faced by Google when it introduced AI features, only to retract them due to the spread of false information.
OpenAI is said currently testing a prototype of the SearchGPT.
