21st Century education requires many skills and abilities for success. Many educators, institutes and schools are increasingly focusing on the skills required for students to master in preparation for success in a rapidly changing digital world. 
Today, students, after they graduated from school, are more likely to change career jobs, hence they will have to learn different skills to enable them to be flexible and adaptable.
